Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers

Class F Fire Extinguisher, Standard size of 75f - equivalent to a 77 litre test fire.

The chemicals contained within the extinguisher react with the heat and the frying media creating a crust on the surface with a porridge like consistancy known as (Soaponification) which extinguishes the fire in just a few seconds (5 - 10)

The extinguishant also permeates through the frying media and makes any chance of a re-ignition impossible.

The extinguisher has a defuser nozzle at the end of the lance reducing the discharge pressure so that  a fine mist coveres an area approximately 1.5m x 1.5m which means it can be sprayed directly onto the surface of the fire without a 'Flash Back Risk' to the operator.
